Clare Mullins
General Manager
Clare has worked in the Aged Care and Disability sector for over 30 years and has been the General Manager of Glasshouse Country Care since 2019.
Clare began her career as a residential care and community support worker and managed a not-for-profit Aged Care and Health Promotion organisation in the UK for 20 years before moving to Australia with her family in 2019.
Clare is dedicated to providing quality services that enable people to live independently for as long as possible.

Alison Parkinson
CHSP & NDIS
Alison has worked for GHCC for over 6 years and in Aged Care for over 35 years in both facility and community care with a focus on working with people with memory loss. Alison is dedicated to working with people to provide services to remain in their own homes, be as independent as possible and to keep socially active.

Rachael Negus
Finance & Administration
Having worked in the profit-driven travel and banking sectors for over 20 years, Rachael enjoys working for an organisation that exists solely to care for the community and its most vulnerable members.
Rachael brings her considerable expertise in administration and finance to our team, and has been with Glasshouse Country Care since 2014.

Don Griffin
Transport
Don has been with Glasshouse Country Care since 2013, his first and only foray into Aged Care and Disability. His main role as the Transport Team Leader sees him allocating drivers and vehicles to allow our clients to attend appointments and social outings.
Another key part of Don’s role is the service and maintenance of vehicles and equipment to ensure Glasshouse Country Care can provide services when required in a safe manner. His background of many years in the Defence Force allows him to carry out this role to a high standard.
Don and his team of drivers combine well to allow our clients to remain in their own homes by ensuring they can attend appointments when required.

Mark Lewis
Maintenance
Mark has over 35 years’ experience working in the domestic and commercial construction industry, from small bathroom renovations to helping design and construct the exterior grounds surrounding the new state government building in Brisbane.
He then brought this knowledge to Glasshouse Country Care and is now leads the maintenance team, delivering services that enable our clients to live independently and safely in their own homes.
Mark is looking forward to the continued opportunity to provide services to those who require assistance from time to time.

Wade Scott
Home Care Packages
Wade is an experienced Manager with extensive experience over 25 years working in not for profit organisations. He has a wide range of experience in community care settings, predominately in the mental health, disability, and youth and family sectors.
Wade has qualifications in Welfare and Human Services Management and he is committed to delivering high quality support services to our clients to assist them to live in their own homes independently.
Home Care Package Team

Shireen Prasser
Care Manager
Shireen started at Glasshouse Country Care in January 2021.
Shireen has worked in the Aged Care and Disability sector for over 30 years. Shireen began her community services career as a residential care and community support worker. She studied whilst working and has worked in several areas of the sector as a co-ordinator, trainer, scheduler and case manager.
Shireen likes giving back to her own community and enjoys working with others to assist them to be as independent as possible and to promote a high quality of life.

Jessica Frisina
Care Manager
Jessica started at Glasshouse Country Care in November 2021.
Jessica has worked in the Aged Care and Disability sector for 20 years. Jessica began her community services career as a residential care and community support worker. She has worked in many areas of Aged Care, Mental Health and Child and Youth Services before becoming a Care Manager for Glasshouse Country Care.
Jessica is passionate about working with others to assist them to remain independent and safe living at home.

Karen Nielsen
HCP Admin Assistant
Karen has worked in Aged Care for over 12 years across Community and Residential Care in a variety of roles.
Karen commenced with Glasshouse Country Care in 2011 and has been a member of the Home Care Package team since 2017.
Karen is passionate about providing individualised care to support independence and wellbeing, with dignity and respect.

Lani Delacy
Care Manager
Lani joined Glasshouse Country Care in 2013 as a Personal Carer and has worked in several roles including Rostering Officer, CHSP Assessment Officer and Client Liaison Officer. She has had many years in the Aged Care industry and is passionate about providing individualised care to support independence and wellbeing.
Lani enjoys giving back to the community and has volunteered with sporting clubs and with an organisation that provides donated food to vulnerable people living on the streets.
Lani has recently joined our Home Care Package team and is excited to have the opportunity to provide support to our Package Care clients.

Pauline Ennis
Care Manager (RN)
Pauline has been Nursing for over 30 years. She has worked in General Nursing on and off over her career and has an Advanced Nursing Diploma in Theatre.
Pauline worked as a Practitioner Nurse for 2 years and in rural nursing for 12 years, which gave her the opportunity to work in multiple areas and to acquire advanced nursing skills. Rural Nursing allowed her to work in many areas which included Urgent Care, Community Support (District Nursing), Rehabilitation Support (post stroke, heart attack) and Aged Care.
Pauline moved to Beerwah in 2020 and has taken up the role of Home Care Package Manager (RN) to help people in the community stay in their homes in a safe environment while still being able to utilise her Nursing Skills.

Rachel Wulff
Care Manager (RN)
I have been a Registered Nurse for over 35 years. I trained in the UK and specialised in Spinal Cord Injury Nursing, initially working in a World-Renowned Spinal Centre in England.
I have been in Australia for 30 years and worked in a large teaching hospital in Sydney specialising in Trauma & Orthopaedics before changing direction into Home Care.
I have my Training and Assessment Certificate and worked as a Trainer in Epilepsy Management for Epilepsy Action Australia and as a Trainer in Anaphylaxis for NSW Dept of Health and NSW Dept of Education compulsory training programs for teachers, community organisations and childcare centres.
I have been working with Home Care Packages for 15 years in different roles varying from Care Assessor, Learning & Development Officer and Care Manager. Most recently I was Home Care Services Manager for a new provider and was involved in developing the business which included overseeing staff, training, service delivery, operations and clinical services.
I’m now happy to be working for an organisation that has more of a community focus and is part of the local history.

Shomi Osi-efa
NDIS Lifestyle Planner
Shomi is a kind, compassionate, and enthusiastic young man who is passionate about assisting the most vulnerable members of the community, particularly those with disabilities.
He has a background in social work and sociology, and extensive work experience in the aged care and disability sectors including as a Local Area Coordinator and Disability Lifestyle Planner. He has also worked closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities during his career.
Shomi is always keen to help wherever he can and volunteers with SES Queensland and at his local neighbourhood centres.
Occupational Therapist

Kristen Temple
I have been working as an occupation therapist for over ten years. The first four years I worked as a community occupational therapist for DVA and the last seven years I have been the program coordinator of a lymphoedema clinic.
I am a mum of two young children. I have a lot of extracurricular activities which tend to come and go, but currently I’m addicted to sewing, love yoga, have just recommenced roller blading and play the violin. Oh, I also have a pet python.
