Clare Mullins
General Manager
Clare has worked in the Aged Care and Disability sector for over 30 years and has been the General Manager of Glasshouse Country Care since 2019.
Clare began her career as a residential care and community support worker and managed a not-for-profit Aged Care and Health Promotion organisation in the UK for 20 years before moving to Australia with her family in 2019.
Clare is dedicated to providing quality services that enable people to live independently for as long as possible.

Rachael Negus
Finance & Administration
Having worked in the profit-driven travel and banking sectors for over 20 years, Rachael enjoys working for an organisation that exists solely to care for the community and its most vulnerable members.
Rachael brings her considerable expertise in administration and finance to our team, and has been with Glasshouse Country Care since 2014.

Wade Scott
Home Support Manager
Wade is an experienced Manager with extensive experience over 25 years working in not for profit organisations. He has a wide range of experience in community care settings, predominately in the mental health, disability, and youth and family sectors.
Wade has qualifications in Welfare and Human Services Management and he is committed to delivering high quality support services to our participants to assist them to live in their own homes independently.

Don Griffin
Transport
Don has been with Glasshouse Country Care since 2013, his first and only foray into Aged Care and Disability. His main role as the Transport Team Leader sees him allocating drivers and vehicles to allow our participants to attend appointments and social outings.
Another key part of Don’s role is the service and maintenance of vehicles and equipment to ensure Glasshouse Country Care can provide services when required in a safe manner. His background of many years in the Defence Force allows him to carry out this role to a high standard.
Don and his team of drivers combine well to allow our participants to remain in their own homes by ensuring they can attend appointments when required.

Mark Lewis
Maintenance
Mark has over 35 years’ experience working in the domestic and commercial construction industry, from small bathroom renovations to helping design and construct the exterior grounds surrounding the new state government building in Brisbane.
He then brought this knowledge to Glasshouse Country Care and is now leads the maintenance team, delivering services that enable our clients to live independently and safely in their own homes.
Mark is looking forward to the continued opportunity to provide services to those who require assistance from time to time.
Home Care Package Team

Shireen Prasser
Care Partner
Shireen started at Glasshouse Country Care in January 2021.
Shireen has worked in the Aged Care and Disability sector for over 30 years. Shireen began her community services career as a residential care and community support worker. She studied whilst working and has worked in several areas of the sector as a co-ordinator, trainer, scheduler and care partner.
Shireen likes giving back to her own community and enjoys working with others to assist them to be as independent as possible and to promote a high quality of life.

Peta Bauer
Care Partner
Peta joined Glasshouse Country Care in July 2023.
Peta has over 10 years’ experience in the Aged Care sector beginning her career as a personal care assistant and joins us as a Care Partner for our Support at Home participants.
Peta has a genuine commitment to making a meaningful impact, and is passionate about working closely with participants and their families to create support systems customised to each individual’s needs.
On weekends you can find Peta out enjoying the amazing countryside of the Sunshine Coast on her motorcycle.

Roxene Gallier
Care Partner
Roxene has worked in the Aged Care sector for several years, starting as a Domestic Assistant while studying. Prior to this she spent many years working in a leadership capacity in special education.
Roxene has had many years’ experience in this role and finds it very satisfying being able to work alongside our participants and their families. She enjoys spending time getting to know the person as a person, as well as their care needs.
Roxene has recently started growing African Violets from leaves. Another very satisfying
past-time!

Rick Subedi
Registered Nurse
Rick’s journey in the health sector began in 2016 as a personal carer. Since then, he has gained valuable experience across various settings, including hospitals, residential aged care, disability services, and the community sector.
After completing his nursing degree from La Trobe University (Melbourne) in 2020, Rick has been fortunate to expand his skills and deepen his passion for providing compassionate care. Each of these experiences has shaped him into the dedicated healthcare professional he is today.
Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending quality time with his family and exploring new places, creating lasting memories with loved ones. He is excited to bring both his professional expertise and personal values into his role, making a positive impact on the lives of those he serves.

Karen Nielsen
Support at Home Admin Assistant
Karen has worked in Aged Care for over 12 years across Community and Residential Care in a variety of roles.
Karen commenced with Glasshouse Country Care in 2011 and has been a member of the Support at Home team since 2017.
Karen is passionate about providing individualised care to support independence and wellbeing, with dignity and respect.

Lani Delacy
Care Partner
Lani joined Glasshouse Country Care in 2013 as a Personal Carer and has worked in several roles including Rostering Officer, CHSP Assessment Officer and Client Liaison Officer. She has had many years in the Aged Care industry and is passionate about providing individualised care to support independence and wellbeing.
Lani enjoys giving back to the community and has volunteered with sporting clubs and with an organisation that provides donated food to vulnerable people living on the streets.
Lani is excited to have the opportunity to provide support to our Support at Home participants.

Jessica Whyburn
Care Partner
Jess joined Glasshouse Country Care in May 2023 as a client services officer – rostering.
Jess has over 25 Years experience working in the Aged Care and Disability sector, starting as an AIN in Gymea NSW. Her roles have taken her to various parts of NSW within rural and remote community services. Since moving to QLD in 2016 Jess has continued her education and moved into client services roles, now joining our Support at Home team as a Care Partner.
Jess is excited to be able to provide support to her participants by working with them to achieve their individual goals.
When not at work you may find Jess planning her next solo adventure or volunteering within the veteran community.

Rebecca Donnelly
Registered Nurse
Rebecca started her career in health as a personal carer in 2007. She worked in residential and community settings in aged care and disability before realising that she wanted to be a registered nurse. Rebecca completed her degree in 2017 and worked as a surgical nurse in NSW and QLD, before returning to her roots in community aged care.
Rebecca started at Glasshouse Country Care in October 2023 and has quickly become a positive asset to our wonderful team.
Rebecca loves being a local in this beautiful hinterland and enjoys nature walks and riding her horse around the area.

Shomi Osi-efa
Shomi is a kind, compassionate, and enthusiastic young man who is passionate about assisting the most vulnerable members of the community, particularly those with disabilities.
He has a background in social work and sociology, and extensive work experience in the aged care and disability sectors including as a Local Area Coordinator and Disability Lifestyle Planner. He has also worked closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities during his career.
Shomi is always keen to help wherever he can and volunteers with SES Queensland and at his local neighbourhood centres.

Tara Lawrence
Occupational Therapist
Tara has extensive and varied experience as an Occupational Therapist, and loves working in the community to achieve the best outcomes for older people.
She is attentive and dedicated to working alongside participants to find practical and personalised solutions to barriers to independence and participation in their chosen activities.
Tara graduated from the University of Queensland and has since lived and worked in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Venezuela, Ireland, Central Queensland, and the Sunshine Coast. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family on the Blackall Range.

Taylor Harvey
Occupational Therapist
Taylor has recently graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast. Taylor is committed to delivering high-quality, client-centred care and providing personalised support that enables individuals to maintain independence in their daily lives at home and within the community. She is dedicated to ensuring all participants and their families are treated with respect, integrity, empathy, and dignity at every stage of care.
Having grown up locally, Taylor has a strong connection to and understanding of the community she serves. She is enthusiastic about contributing to the GHCC team and further developing her professional skills. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her loved ones, caring for her cattle dog, swimming, and taking photos.
