Glasshouse Country Care provide a range of disability supports and services to help you to live safely and independently in your home and continue to participate in the activities you enjoy.

You may be able to access disability services through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or other government funding. If you are not eligible, you can still purchase services and supports from us on a self-funded basis. We will work with you to develop a care plan to suit your needs.

Glasshouse Country Care is proud to be a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider. If you are an Australian citizen aged under 65 years and have a permanent and significant disability, you may be eligible for NDIS services.

The NDIS provides funding directly to individuals with a permanent and significant disability enabling them to access the supports and services they need to enjoy their life and achieve their goals.
