Private Services
If you’d like to begin receiving support immediately, you may be able to book services directly with us. Private services are an option while you’re waiting for government funding to be approved, don’t meet eligibility criteria, or prefer not to go through the assessment process. Steps to accessing aged care services
Step 1
Register with My Aged Care
Contact My Aged Care (details below) to register and apply for an assessment to see if you're eligible.
Step 2
Get assessed
My Aged Care will arrange a face-to-face assessment to understand your health, well-being, and care needs.
Step 3
Find a provider
Research and compare service providers in your area.
Step 4
Set up services
Once you choose a provider, you'll sign a service agreement outlining the care, costs, and responsibilities.
