At Glasshouse Country Care we welcome any feedback and complaints
as they help us improve the quality of our services.
You can provide feedback or make a complaint by contacting our General Manager,

If we are not able to resolve your concern or complaint, then we encourage you to seek further support from family, a friend or an independent advocate in making a complaint.
A complaint can be made to the NDIS Commission by:
