Health care services are only available through a Home Care Package.

Depending on the level of assistance you receive, we can arrange for health services to visit you in your home. Services are flexible and can be utilised on a short term or ongoing basis depending on your needs.

 

Home nursing services are available to help you with:

Chronic disease management
Wound care
Stoma care
Continence management
Medication management
Transport to medical appointments.

We can assist you with the purchase of dressings, medical equipment, nutritional supplements, incontinence supplies and diabetes management

requirements.

We can also arrange referrals to allied health services such as podiatry, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dieticians, massage therapy and other clinical services such as hearing and vision services.
